From design to manufacturing, from the customer's needs to the definition of the best solution, we offer machining devices with mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic fixings, control devices with variable control (dial indicators) or attributes (Flush-Pin or P / NP) and automations integrating robots to the equipment, meeting different needs, performing functions in reduced times, such as supplying machines, sprayers, control, packaging, etc.
Quality
Every product machined at RB Mold is sent to the Quality Control, before its packaging for expedition. These products are inspected by highly qualified professionals, also constantly trained in order to further improvement of their knowledge.
Our metrology laboratory, in addition to having a dedicated and air-conditioned location, is equipped with a three-dimensional Micro Hite3D machine with PC-DIMS CAD software (measurements + reverse engineering), hardness meter, digital profile projector, standard blocks, calipers, micrometers , sudden, p-np calibrators, etc; all duly calibrated and “RBC” certified.
